Our Training and Quality assurance department, as partial segment of its performance, insures the following:

a. Training tea boys to follow Kuwaiti customs and traditions in presenting beverages and hot drinks; taking into account the full adherence to hygienic standards expected during their performance of duties.

b. Messengers are trained to maintain a high level of accuracy in the distribution of documentation in their respective projects.
Furthermore, the selection of messengers always takes into account (through
standard tests) the ability of messengers to maintain the level of secrecy as to the nature of the distributed documentation.

c. Trust training Department does not release any cleaner to projects until he/she has been adequately trained on the proper procedure of conducting the task in hand, through field practice specially established for his/her purpose.
Furthermore, intensive exercises on different chemicals and machinery is conducted to insure the full understanding of the janitorial staff to their scope of work.
